VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
We accept applications for:
- Events – For the events team, we are looking for people who are motivated, can work great in a team and enjoy organizing events, courses and parties. The events team is responsible for creating Game Nights, Pub Quizzes, Social Hangouts, Art Nights; you name it! In the events team we are working on helping students to integrate and bring them closer together. If you are interested in helping out, learning more about our events and working with a great team, come join us!
- Communication and Design – The Communications and Design team is responsible for creating various types of promotional material for the AV. Whether it’s creating posts, reels and videos for our Instagram, stickers, postcards or posters; the CD team would be delighted to welcome a new creative mind to the team. (Some knowledge in graphic design, social media management, content creation, or similar is preferred)
- Consultations – In the consultations team, we answer emails, offer in-person consultations and create workshops and informational resources for internationals in Aachen! Some of the topics we mainly handle are life in Germany, housing and residence permits. We don’t expect you to know the answer to every question or perfectly understand the different organizations, but if you are willing to learn and learn more about the city and university, whilst also helping other fellow students, apply now to join our team!
- Website – The webmaster is responsible for managing and maintaining the website. The responsibility include creating and updating webpages, organizing content, implementing design elements, and optimizing the website.
