As of August 2022, a new information desk has been set at the SuperC Branch of the Immigration Office. Students can visit the desk without an appointment to submit their extension application, along with all other required documents at the service desk from Monday to Thursday. Soon, a letterbox will be set up at the desk for the submissions. In addition to submitting documents, students can also ask general questions.
The recommended application period is about 3 months before your residence permit expires. Please note that students should still book appointments online for all other matters.
